I had scheduled 3 doctor appointments all on the same day. I was already a little overwhelmed by anxiety when Jay met me in the waiting room with a huge smile, great energy, some flattery and a lot of positive comments that made my day! Certainly the best encounter I have had in recent history during a doctor visit. Jay also was very informative during the intake before the Doctor came in. I wanted to share my appreciation to Jay and thank all healthcare workers who have endured the tremendous challenges of the past two years.
